British Council Korea has invited the Silent Signal project to be exhibited at Artience Daejeon 17, as part of the British Council’s ‘UK/Korea 2017–18’, a UK season in Korea celebrating and showcasing the UK’s innovation and excellence in the arts and creative industries. The exhibition takes place from Friday 15 to Sunday 24 September at the Daejeon Artist House.
Dr Bentley Crudgington, Chief Scientific Advisor to the project, and artist Vicky Isley from boredomresearch and co-creator of the award-winning artwork AfterGlow, will be attending the festival to represent the project. They will be participating in talks and workshops, and also meeting with Korean artists and scientists during their visit.
